TSM 100v Help

I don't know spanish, i am sorry about that but i have a tsm 100v, a gift from my cousin, i cant load anything via usb or irda. Must i buy a mmc card to load something to my phone. And Windows xp needs drivers, do you please help me where can i find drivers, firmware and applications for my phone. Thanx for your help
